Online Cooking Class: Vegetarian Burgers With a Twist

If you're looking for a new and unique way to prepare vegetarian or meatless meals, this online cooking class is the perfect way to boost your cooking skills. 


Chef Mel will teach you how to prepare two meatless burgers using just a food processor and a stove. Unique ingredients such as Brazil nuts, chickpeas and lentils will provide flavor and texture. In your virtual cooking class, you'll begin with a Brazil nut veggie burger and move on to a protein-packed lentil chickpea burger. To accompany your burgers, you'll use lemons and olive oil to make a creamy and flavor-filled avocado green goddess sauce.
