Chef Chris is ready to teach you how to prepare four homemade immunity-boosting recipes in his online cooking class!


This virtual cooking class puts emphasis on delicious dishes that will lift your spirits and satisfy your tastebuds. Using health-boosting ingredients such as turmeric, paprika and lemons, you'll learn to prepare Spanish-braised chicken with olives and turmeric-toasted chickpeas. You'll also create a flavorful spinach salad topped with walnuts, oranges and herbed buttermilk dressing and a refreshing labneh – strained Greek yogurt with fresh mint and scallions.

My niece and I thoroughly enjoyed the pasta class with Chef Chris. We learned so much about the chemistry of cooling and how easy it really is to make incredibly tasty food from whole ingredients. Looking forward to making meals for our family in the upcoming holiday season- especially some homemade gelato/“ice cream”!
