In this virtual cooking class, you'll learn how to make fresh fettuccine noodles, including cutting techniques using a pasta roller, with advice from Chef Daniel on which pasta cutters work best. Then, prepare a savory, satisfying chicken or beef Bolognese sauce to top your pasta creations. A traditional insalata bianca that pairs perfectly with your pasta rounds out your menu.

Such a fun class, I would definitely do this again. The dish turned out amazing, I can’t wait to make it again. I think the key is to make sure you do all of the recommended prep work ahead of time. It made the instruction go smoothly. Highly recommended!!

This was such a great experience and Chef Daniel made it fun and interesting. I learned so much about cooking in general with different ingredients to being out the flavor! I would definitely do another class and highly recommend this one. The food was delicious!
