Delectable, high quality, a taste of Italy without having to travel to Europe. Nothing like them, one of a kind.

Born in Rome, Chef Eva would spend summers with her Nonna, who loved to cook and bake using fresh ingredients she grew herself. Although Chef Eva graduated from the European University of Rome with a psychology degree, her passion for cooking was still strong, and she graduated from the Italian Pastry Chef Academy. Chef Eva now owns a pastry shop where she blends years of family tradition with modern cooking techniques.
