Online Cooking Class: Classic Argentine Coconut Shrimp

Get a taste of Argentina without leaving the house in this guided virtual cooking class with Chef Robert. He will use his professional expertise to teach you how to make Argentine-inspired shrimp completely from scratch. Your shrimp will be coated in a coconut and panko batter and deep-fried to a crisp. Enjoy them with a sesame Parisienne-sliced avocados, apricot sweet chile sauce and aromatic basmati rice infused with herbs.

I dislike the fact that Golden Apron doesn't remind it's users of their appointments until after the cancellation window has expired... BUT... Chef Robert and Miss Chef easily made up for my disappointment with Golden Apron. They are fun & spectacular -- friendly, outgoing, and funny! They set up the class so that we were constantly and seamlessly cooking and eating. We had low expectations given the Golden Apron snafu, but we were super impressed by the class. Absolutely delicious, and we learned a little, too!
