In this interactive virtual cooking class with Chef Eva, you will learn how to make authentic Italian fettuccine pasta from scratch and a hearty beef ragĂą sauce. Chef Eva will guide you each step along the way, from mixing the dough to cutting your pasta, along with tips on how to prepare the perfect ragĂą.

The wade array of selections all of which are not only flavorful, but also, beautifully presented. Everything is so delicious and healthy. Dishes and Pastry that leaves you so satisfied without that over indulgent feeling.
Born in Rome, Chef Eva would spend summers with her Nonna, who loved to cook and bake using fresh ingredients she grew herself. Although Chef Eva graduated from the European University of Rome with a psychology degree, her passion for cooking was still strong, and she graduated from the Italian Pastry Chef Academy. Chef Eva now owns a pastry shop where she blends years of family tradition with modern cooking techniques.
