Ingredients

Kosher salt and a pepper mill
2 tablespoons granulated sugar
3 cups all-purpose flour
Semolina flour or cornmeal, for sprinkling the griddle or pan
Cayenne pepper
1 packet active-dry yeast
¼ cup extra-virgin olive oil
1 teaspoon white or white wine vinegar
1 lemon
1 5-ounce bag baby spinach for eggs Florentine OR 8 slices of Canadian bacon for eggs Benedict
11 large eggs at room temperature
2 sticks unsalted butter
1 ¾ cups milk

Kitchen Equipment

Stand mixer: If you do not have a stand mixer you can buy English muffins and skip the flour on the shopping list (you really need one to make a proper sticky dough)
Knife and cutting board
Blender
Nonstick sauté pan with lid, for eggs
Griddle or frying pan, for English muffins

I highly recommend this class for anyone looking to learn proper technique using knives and the many different types and ways of cutting vegetables. Chef Jennifer was knowledgeable and answered any and all our questions. I learned a lot more than I thought I would from one lesson. Everyone enjoyed the soup I made! Looking forward to taking many more classes!!
