2. Cook Meatballs on a Cooling Rack

10. Freeze Soup Base in Plastic Bags

16. Store Picnic Supplies in Cooler

It’s also a great trick if you have to make a stop on your way home from the store and don’t have a cooler bag in your car. 

18. Keep Brown Sugar Soft with Marshmallows

Brown sugar has a tendency to harden and clump up if not in use. Put a couple of marshmallows in the bag with the brown sugar to keep it from forming a solid mass. The marshmallows steadily release moisture that keeps the brown sugar moist and loose.

19. Keep Plastic Wrap in the Fridge

If your microwave is subject to spills and splatters, an easy kitchen hack will help remedy it.
