Chef Yuki is a renowned expert in Asian cuisine with over ten years of experience in the local culinary scene. She will guide you through making delicious Japanese snacks you're sure to crave later.


Begin the class by chopping potatoes for a spicy wasabi and garlic potato salad. Then, combine octopus and cucumber into seaweed salad topped with tangy vinegar. Fry up a crispy fish Tatsuta-age paired with a scallion sauce and simmer yellowtail with daikon radish. Next, make the perfect onigiri with mixed rice, carrots and shimeji mushrooms. Towards the end of the cooking class, you'll make three types of sake to sip on.
