Chef Fred
Born and raised in Bologna, Chef Fred's culinary journey began at a young age, learning traditional family recipes and skills from his grandmother's kitchen and his father's butcher shop. After studying in the U.S and Australia, Chef Fred returned to Italy to continue his culinary journey. Each recipe that he crafts or teaches includes lessons learned around the world, with a special flare for traditional Italian flavors and methods.

Wonderful time. Very engaging and fun. Plus meeting new people from all over. Also he shared all the recipes. An evening of learning and delicious food.

Chef Federico is everything you could hope for.....a great host and teacher, he is kind and patient and he is lots of fun.
I had a wonderful time! If in Bologna make sure you find the time for Federico's class!
