First, Chef Giorgio will teach you the technique to sous-vide like a chef. You'll make a creamy sous-vide egg served with a Parmigiano-Reggiano fondue. Then, braise crisp artichokes served with aromatic mint, lemon and garlic for a fresh side. Make homemade orecchiette pasta served with broccoli rabe and flavored with garlic and a little chili for spice. Finish the meal by layering mascarpone cheese, espresso and cocoa powder to make a decadent tiramisù.
