Cooking Class: Traditional Italian Feast With Chef Trina

Get an authentic taste of Italy in this engaging cooking class with Chef Trina. 


Under the guidance of Chef Trina, an expert local chef, you'll learn how to make four traditional dishes bursting with Italian flavor. Begin the class with a crispy crostini topped with a drizzle of olive oil and a sprinkle of oregano. Next, make a classic eggplant parmigiana with a homemade tomato sauce. Then, learn how to make a maccheroni from scratch paired with a smoked pancetta sauce. Finish the meal with a decadent panna cotta topped with seasonal fruits for dessert.
