Chef Carmen will teach you how to make the pasta dough from scratch using fresh ingredients, plus the techniques to knead and shape the dough. As the boils, whip up a savory, creamy sauce to pair with your pasta. Next, make crispy eggplant cutlets topped with a homemade marinara sauce made with fresh tomatoes. Finish it off with a sprinkle of freshly grated Parmesan cheese. End the class with a decadent tiramisù with layers of espresso-soaked ladyfingers and mascarpone cream, finished with a dusting of cacao.
