Cooking Class: Make Traditional Italian Pasta in Lecce
Learn how to make handcrafted pasta during this immersive cooking class with Chef Enza in Lecce.
You'll begin the class with an introduction to the ingredients while enjoying an appetizer platter featuring cured Italian meats and cheese, homemade bread, olives and vegetables served with Prosecco. Then, combine flour, eggs and water and transform your fresh pasta into orecchiette pasta formed by hand. As the pasta boils, whip up a homemade marinara sauce with tomato and seasoned with basil. You'll also make macaroni from scratch. Enjoy with a seafood medley of mussels and clams or a creamy chickpea, walnut and sage sauce. End the class by making a tangy tart with lemon cream served with homemade limoncello.
