Make your trip to Italy even more flavorful with this hands-on cooking class in Florence.
Under the guidance of Chef Marcella, you'll learn how to cook like an Italian local. To begin, you'll make pasta dough from scratch using flour, eggs and water, then learn how to knead, roll and cut it into tagliatelle pasta. As it boils, cook up a fresh tomato sauce flavored with basil and top with a sprinkle of Parmesan cheese. Next, cook savory chicken rolls made with fresh spinach for your second-course dish. Finish the meal with a decadent chocolate lava cake topped with a homemade berry compote for dessert.
Your favorite souvenir from Florence will be the recipes and techniques you can take back with you!
