Chef Davide is an expert in the local culinary scene and will show you how to make traditional pizza and gelato from scratch. Begin the class with an antipasto of Italian cold cuts, cheese and fresh bruschetta prepared by the chef. Next, learn the secrets to making an authentic Roman pizza dough with flour and water. Plus, master the techniques to knead and shape the dough. Whip up a homemade marinara sauce to top the pizza, along with fresh mozzarella cheese. Customize your pizza with toppings like salami, olives and mushrooms. Finally, hand-make a gelato with fresh strawberries for a decadent dessert to end your Italian feast.
