As the class starts, get an introduction to the ingredients while you enjoy an Italian charcuterie board featuring cold cuts, cheeses and bruschetta prepared by the chef. Next, learn how to make homemade pasta dough with flour, eggs and water. Master the technique of kneading and shaping it into fettuccine. Simmer tomatoes, lemon zest and Roman cheeses to pair with the pasta. Finish the feast by whipping up strawberry gelato topped with homemade whipped cream for a decadent dessert.
