Your vacation to Italy won't be complete without learning authentic recipes in an immersive cooking class taught by Chef Marco.
Under his expert guidance, you'll learn the art of making pasta from scratch and a sweet tiramisù for dessert. To begin the class, you'll learn how to make homemade pasta dough using flour, eggs and water. Then, knead and roll out the dough like a professional. Whip up ravioli fillings with ingredients like mozzarella, stracciatella and Parmesan cheeses, artichokes and pumpkin. Plus, make hand-cut fettuccine and pair it with your choice of a savory ragù, Amatriciana or pesto sauce. Finish the meal by layering ladyfingers with mascarpone cream, espresso coffee and chocolate to make a decadent tiramisù for dessert. While you cook, enjoy sipping on a selection of Italian wines.
