My daughter loves baking and cannoli, so she asked us to do this course while we were on vacations in Rome. It was a nice experience! A driver came to pick us up at the metro station, then took us to the pastry lab. We were given a cup of Prosecco and cold water before we started. It was fun to be in a professional kitchen, with a professional chef. I love to cook and and I really liked having someone experienced showing us how to do. The chef's English was flawless, and everyone was very nice with us. We got back home with the cannoli and tiramisu that we made ourselves! I definitely recommend the experience.

Chef Nazzareno knows a thing or two about sweetness! Classically trained in the art of pastry, he tempts locals and visitors alike with authentic gelato showcasing seasonal and local ingredients, lightly fried and decadently filled cannolis plus layer upon layer of velvety tiramisu. He has decades of experience training and sharing his knowledge of sweet treats, and his cooking classes are a must when in Rome.
