Cooking Class: Fresh From the Market Cuisine in Rome
Discover how delicious fresh Italian fare can be in this immersive cooking class. Chef Larry and Ale will guide you through a neighborhood market to choose fresh ingredients for a decadent Italian meal.
Begin the class by baking crispy bread to serve as the base for bruschetta. Top it with buffalo mozzarella, fresh tomatoes and other seasonal ingredients. Next, combine flour, eggs and water to make pasta dough from scratch. Then, practice the time-honored techniques to knead, shape and cut the dough into fettuccine. Then, whip up a hearty ragù to pair with your handcrafted pasta. Soak ladyfingers in espresso and layer with mascarpone and cacao dust to make a decadent tiramisù and finish off with a cup of Italian coffee.

We booked a private cooking class for a family of 4. Out of 5 stars this experience was a 20. The ingredients, the history, the instruction, Ale and Larry (the instructors) and mostly the final product were all amazing. This is an experience we will never forget with recipes we will use for a lifetime. Thank you so much for the fabulous evening.
