As the pasta cooks, whip up a savory tomato sauce flavored with fresh basil. Combine the pasta and sauce and finish with a sprinkle of Parmesan cheese. Satisfy your sweet tooth by soaking ladyfingers in espresso and layering them with mascarpone and cacao dust for a decadent tiramisù for dessert.

I had a fabulous time! Lots of cooking, eating, learning and laughing. Chef Marcella was great and her enthusiasm and passion for Italian food was infectious! If you stop off in Florence make sure you visit one of the classes. It is definitely worth it!!
