It is the best cooking class I have every tried in my life. Unlike most other cooking classes you are not in a crammed kitchen, but instead you cook in an absolutely gorgeous villa nested on top of rolling hills. The host is so kind and they make the best Bolognese sauce. Much better than even the one we tried in all other top rated Bolognese restaurants.
