The class begins with a welcoming cup of coffee or a cappuccino served with artisanal pastries. Next, you'll make pasta dough from scratch using flour, eggs and white. Master the technique to properly knead and shape the dough before cutting it into pasta shapes. Whip up a creamy cacio e pepe sauce, a regional favorite from Rome, to pair with your pasta. You can also make a classic tomato basil sauce. Then, make your choice of gelato flavors and customize your dessert with toppings for a sweet finish.
