To begin, you'll make a crispy crostini topped with fresh tomatoes and chicken liver. Next, you'll learn how to make homemade pasta dough with flour to hand-craft ravioli and farfalle. Stuff the ravioli and pair it with a Gorgonzola and walnut sauce. Toss the homemade farfalle with savory sausage and peas. Prepare caponatina with eggplant, bell pepper and juniper berries for a refreshing side. End the meal with a decadent tiramisù layered with mascarpone, coffee and ladyfingers for dessert.
