To begin, you'll learn how to make pasta dough from scratch using fresh ingredients. Then, learn the proper techniques to knead, shape and cut the dough into pasta shapes. Toss the pasta in extra virgin olive oil, pepper and garlic for a simple and flavorful dish. Then, make a hearty ragu with tomatoes, carrots, basil and onion for a savory pasta meal. Finish with a rich brown butter pasta flavored with aromatic sage for the final pasta dish.
