What an amazing class! It definitely made a beautiful trip to Florence even better. Chef Giorgio was engaging, chatty, super interesting and a great teacher. I am confident I will be able to replicate everything I've learned and make a delicious meal. I can only recommend this to anybody that is looking to take a little bit of Italy back home!
