The class begins with a traditional aperitivo of salumi and cheese from a local producer in the Chianti region. Next, master the art of making pasta dough from scratch using flour, eggs and water. Chef Niccolò will teach you how to make long pasta, such as tagliatelle, pappardelle or amatriciana. You'll also learn how to make ravioli with a seasonal fillin g paired with a rich butter and sage sauce. Layer mascarpone, lady fingers and coffee for a decadent tiramisù for dessert.
