We couldn’t have dreamed of a more joyful and educational French baking experience! Franny is a light and a true master of her craft! It was such a treat for the whole family to be able to take part in her class and to learn the art of croissant making in such a fun and welcoming environment. This class is a must-do while in Paris!

My husband and I had a great time learning croissant baking techniques from Chef Fanny. She is energetic, friendly, funny, charmingly French and above all able to deliver a hands on experience that will elevate your baking skills. You will also enjoy your fresh bakes at the end of the class and take some to go as well.
