My grandson and I loved the class! It was fun, well organized and we really did learn how to make all three promised pastries…as well as picking up tips for modifying basic recipes. Great class!!!

Take this class! Knowledgeable instructor, very hands-on, lots of baking tips shared, quaint setting, very small class, recipes emailed by baker the next day.

After earning her French pastry degree in 2018, she has dedicated her career to passing along her knowledge to dessert lovers of all ages. Chef Fanny will pass along all the techniques, from using kitchen equipment to proper recipe execution and learning how to make delicious and creative pastries from scratch along the way.
