Begin the class by learning the time-honored recipe to make croissant dough from scratch using flour, eggs, sugar and yeast. Then, master the technique to knead and laminate the dough to get the perfect flaky layers and bake until golden brown. Add chocolate to the batter to make bicolor pains au chocolat, croissants or fresh raisins for bicolor raisin rolls.

My grandson and I loved the class! It was fun, well organized and we really did learn how to make all three promised pastries…as well as picking up tips for modifying basic recipes. Great class!!!

Take this class! Knowledgeable instructor, very hands-on, lots of baking tips shared, quaint setting, very small class, recipes emailed by baker the next day.

This class was very personable and amazing. Our instructor was kind, patient, yet very professional. We made croissants and raisin rolls. Delicious!
