My husband and I had a great time learning croissant baking techniques from Chef Fanny. She is energetic, friendly, funny, charmingly French and above all able to deliver a hands on experience that will elevate your baking skills. You will also enjoy your fresh bakes at the end of the class and take some to go as well.
