Class begins by learning how to make a proper puff pastry using flour and butter, which you can use to make a variety of decadent French pastries, including a Millefeuille. Whip up a sweet pastry cream with milk, eggs and fresh vanilla to layer with the golden and flaky pieces of puffy pastry. Then, use the puff pastry to make palmier cookies for a light and crisp dessert dusted with sugar.

My grandson and I loved the class! It was fun, well organized and we really did learn how to make all three promised pastries…as well as picking up tips for modifying basic recipes. Great class!!!

Take this class! Knowledgeable instructor, very hands-on, lots of baking tips shared, quaint setting, very small class, recipes emailed by baker the next day.

This class was very personable and amazing. Our instructor was kind, patient, yet very professional. We made croissants and raisin rolls. Delicious!
