Cooking Class: Authentic Andalusian Cuisine in Seville
Plan a trip to the heart of Andalusia and explore the culture, history and cuisine through a cooking class in Seville.
Led by Chef Maria, a local expert of regional cuisine, you'll learn how to make multiple courses of authentic Spanish flavors.
You'll begin by munching on classic Spanish snacks, including marinated olives and pickled lupin beans. Next, you'll have a seasonal starter, with options like a bowl of creamy córdoba, gazpacho or an earthy spinach and chickpea stew. Then, move on to the main course, where you can make dishes like a savory fried flamenquín, hearty Berza gaditana or a fresh remojón de San Antón. Finally, finish with a decadent dessert, such as Spanish-style French toast, golden rosquillas, Spanish doughnuts or an almond creme brulée.
