You'll begin this culinary adventure at La Boqueria market to learn about Spanish culture and pick up fresh ingredients for your feast. First, you'll cook a soup to start the meal. Learn how to make a traditional Andalusian gazpacho, a sweet strawberry gazpacho or a rich butter squash and pear cream. Then, learn how to cook eggs, potatoes and onions into a crisp Spanish tortilla. Bake a crunch bread to top with fresh tomatoes and garlic to eat alongside your meal. Then, learn the secrets for making fluffy, seasoned rice for seafood paella. Finish with a decadent Catalan cream for a sweet dessert.
