Begin the class by crushing tomatoes for a tasty gazpacho to start the feast. Next, you'll learn the secrets to making decadent paella. Master the technique for making the perfect fluffy Bomba rice seasoned with saffron. Then, add savory meats, fresh seafood and crisp vegetables to make three flavors of paella. Make a crisp bread piled high with squid to make bocata de calamares. Finish the meal on a sweet note with a crema Catalana mousse, a creamy custard topped with caramelized sugar for dessert.
