Chef Carlos, a renowned chef in the local culinary scene, will guide you through making four local favorites.


You'll begin by crafting a classic starter that features marinated olives, crispy fried bacon and local peppers. Next, whip up a Catalan cod cooked with onions and tomatoes, served alongside an olive esqueixada salad. Learn the technique to grill cuttlefish to perfection and season minced meat to make crispy, savory meatballs. You'll end the feast on a sweet note with an authentic Spanish cake recipe that has been passed down for generations topped with homemade whipped cream.
