Next, refresh your palate with a zesty citrus salad filled with fennel, orange, beetroot and walnuts. Then, learn the secrets to making the perfect seafood paella. You'll make fluffy, seasoned rice with prawns, crayfish, squid and cuttlefish mixed in. Satisfy your sweet tooth with a traditional tart and sweet Santiago cake made with lemon and Meus Amores wine for dessert.
