Dance Class: Connecting Mind, Body and Spirit
Explore the unique and spiritual style of Nia dance in this beginner-friendly dance class. The goal of Nia is to create a mind-body-spirit connection from the true self by moving through a mild cardio flow dance to invigorating and expressive music. The choreography is designed to increase the sensation of this connection, so you can feel your best in your body and life. Any amount of movement experience is a fit – simply show up to class with an open mind and desire to connect with yourself and your body. Nia can be done barefoot or with light-medium sneakers, as desired.
