Dance Class: Beginner Pole Dance
Explore the fundamentals of pole dance in this fun and challenging dance class for beginners. Students new to pole dance will learn the basics of the style including proper grip, balance and control while building total body strength during this introductory class. With the guidance of the instructor, you will practice signature moves of this alluring style including walking around the pole, basic spins and floor work. Shorts are recommended to help perform some of the techniques such as climbing the pole. No prior experience is required.

I have never had so much fun while getting a workout in for my entire body! Super comfortable environment and beginner-friendly. Lots of giggles, laughs, and encouragement through the whole class too! I will be back for sure!
Instructor Natasha is a decorated Army veteran who has gone above and beyond. Not only was she the first female to complete special forces training, but she has hiked 1,100 miles of the Appalachian Trail, taken up sky diving as a hobby, explored war-torn areas, and even survived a 100 foot fall from a Black Hawk helicopter. Now she loves teaching pole dancing to those with an interesting in learning this challenging form of dance.
