FLASH DANCE + TONE incorporates our lead follow dance cardio that builds in tempo. Once the dance party is over, we will tone you to the bone to finish feeling strong and empowered! *This class will take place via ZOOM. Approximately 15 minutes before class you will receive a zoom link to join the class* Please make sure you sign up 1 hour prior to class to ensure you are sent the class link!

If you want to incorporate dance into your workouts then this is the place for you. They offer a variety of classes, but my favorite are the cardio 2 classes. Dances are so much fun that you forget you're even working out, but you'll definitely feel the burn the next day! Definitely would recommend this place to anyone looking to switch up their workout routine!
