Please edit to be unique DFC2. Step onto the dance floor for 55 minutes of body re-centering, body strengthening, endorphin-releasing dance cardio. Designed for people with a higher degree of dance experience, you’ll leave with sweat on your brow and a spark in your step.

If you want to incorporate dance into your workouts then this is the place for you. They offer a variety of classes, but my favorite are the cardio 2 classes. Dances are so much fun that you forget you're even working out, but you'll definitely feel the burn the next day! Definitely would recommend this place to anyone looking to switch up their workout routine!

A place for all ages to experience all genres of dance. We rebranded the adult portion of All About Dance into FYD Fitness in 2015 where our motto became "have Fun, be Young, Dance forever" We are now in an amazing, brand new space under the name Dance Forever!
