You'll learn to lift and drop, slide, shimmy and twist in this open level curriculum-based beginner belly dance class. New choreography will be introduced and explained every three to four months. Prior belly dancing experience is not required. If you do not have any prior dance or zumba experience, it is recommended to also attend the Belly Dance Fitness class.

Classes are challenging but easy to follow. Instructors are friendly and helpful to newcomers.
