Dance Class: Ballet and Barre 101

This
ballet/barre class is designed to teach ballet terminology and correct body
placement. Students will learn techniques to improve posture, flexibility,
coordination, range of motion and rhythm in a fun and positive environment.
You'll find the inspiration to reach your full potential as you take this first
step to fulfilling your dance dreams.
While previous ballet experience is
recommended, it is not required. Ballet slippers and dance or athletic apparel
are recommended for comfort and range of motion.
Remote
Learning
This
course is available for remote learning. An internet-accessible device with a
microphone is required. Classes take place via a live instructor at the date
and times listed below. Once the student is registered, the instructor will
convey information on how to log-in and participate in the class.
