Join Chef Sara on a culinary team building activity inspired by the menu of a French café. You and your team will begin by preparing a seasonal salad with Dijon vinaigrette and a creamy French onion soup with caramelized onions, Gruyère and crunchy croutons. A classic cheesy croque madame or monsieur is next. The final treat of the event is a combination of airy eclairs and cream puffs as you learn how to create the perfect pâte à choux.

The handmade Cajun pasta class we took with Chef Sara was awesome! All the ingredients and utensils provided were in great shape and were neatly laid out ahead of time. Sara guided us through every step from the raw ingredients to a delicious meal, and we learned some great tips and techniques along the way. Excellent experience!
