Start the class by crafting efo riro, a flavorful dish made with amaranth greens, shrimp and spicy scotch bonnet peppers. Then, move on to a hearty, boldly flavored chicken stew that combines juicy chicken with peppers, tomatoes, curry powder and paprika. Learn how to infuse scotch bonnet peppers and ginger into traditional jollof rice, and prepare the perfect side dish of sweet fried plantains. End your feast with skuku skuku, deliciously sweet coconut balls crafted by hand.

With red peppers, tomatoes, onions, scotch bonnet peppers, onions, garlic, ginger, tomato paste, curry powder, thyme, chicken stock, long-grain rice and bay leaves

Sweet fried plantains cooked with salt and oil

Ever since then, he has been following his passion of cooking and teaching with a focus on regional Italian cuisine. He even co-founded a culinary event business to highlight his skills.
