Prepare everyone's favorite comfort food with a twist in this cooking class with Chef David!
First, whet your appetite with mini bruschetta bites before the main event, then it's time to prepare your macaroni and cheese. Rather than making it with only traditional cheeses, you will add in smoked gouda for extra flavor and complexity. From boiling the pasta to prepping and cooking your sauce to plating, Chef David will guide you from start to finish.
Cooking Classes on Classpop! are designed to be social events that do not require any previous experience. Guests are welcome to purchase beer to enjoy during the class.

The cooking class with Chef David was fun and very informative. I am glad that I took the class as I learned about a cheese I’ve never tried before out of fear. Learning technique was great, inclusive and all around fun. I would definitely take a class with Chef David again

We both had a great time!
Chef David's culinary journey began at a young age and was first influenced by his mother’s Jamaican roots and his father’s Southern upbringing. Chef David is now well-versed in a variety of cuisines, but Caribbean-soul food fusion remains his speciality. He has since gained extensive private chef experience and event production experience with the James Beard Foundation and the Food Network. Chef David also loves being able to give back to the community through culinary arts.
