Expand your culinary skills with a hands-on sushi-making cooking class led by Chef Linda. During the class, you'll learn how to properly prepare rice, select high-quality ingredients and practice knife skills to create an array of delectable sushi rolls.
Chef Linda will guide you through the process of slicing ingredients with precision, as well as teach you how to create the perfect sushi rice to cradle your flavorful fillings. Assemble a classic California roll filled with surimi and creamy avocado before rolling up a refreshing veggie roll with a delightful blend of mango and cucumber. Feast on your chef-approved sushi and impress your family and friends with your newfound sushi-making skills!
Cooking classes on Classpop! are designed to be social events that do not require any previous experience. Guests are welcome to purchase alcoholic beverages from the venue to enjoy during the class.

Chef Linda was wonderful! Our group enjoyed learning cooking techniques, helpful tips and with a sprinkle of humor and history. The dishes were flavorful and we greatly enjoyed her company. Highly recommend!

Chef Linda brings a long and varied list of experiences to the table, from teaching to penning a book on food history. She has extensive experience in cooking instruction with adults and children, and enjoys showing others how to recreate traditional dishes for those with food allergies or special diets.
