Cooking Class: Cook the Best Vegan Crabcakes

Explore the nutritious and health-related benefits of plant-based recipes with this fun and interactive cooking class. Chef Regina is ready to share tips and techniques for using alternative ingredients to prepare some of your favorite dishes. She'll teach you how to make hearty vegan crabcakes with a mixture of hearts of palm, garbanzo beans, panko, spring onions and a sprinkle or two of zesty Old Bay seasoning. Friends and family will request this bold comfort food for weeknight meals and special occasions!


Cooking classes on Classpop! are designed to be social events that do not require any previous experience. Guests are welcome to purchase alcoholic beverages from the venue to enjoy during the class.

The chef joined 1 hour late. I believe she truly thought it was to start at 6pm central but the attendees received a start time of 6pm eastern. She left the class offering to give a certificate to take at a later date.

Excellent experience. The atmosphere is wonderful, the food is even better. I am not vegan but love healthy eating and love to cook and I would cook any of these dishes for my family. Chef Regina is a great host and a great teacher. Would be great for a date night, girls night or just solo.

Wonderful experience all around! The food was amazing, Regina was a wonderful host and chef, and the evening was filled with great energy and a warm ambiance. We will definitely use these recipes at home.
