Cooking Class: Make Savory Homemade Ravioli

Discover the joys of making your own pasta from scratch with interactive and hands-on cooking classes. Join Chef Seamus as he teaches you the art of traditional pasta making. You'll start by mixing, kneading and rolling flour, eggs and water into fresh pasta dough. This will then be shaped into pockets of ravioli. A mixture of savory ricotta and basil will fill the ravioli. Next, you'll make a creamy parmesan bĂ©chamel sauce to top the pasta. 


Cooking classes on Classpop! are designed to be social events that do not require any previous experience. Guests are welcome to purchase alcoholic beverages from the venue to enjoy during the class.
