Explore the rich culture of Indian cuisine and cooking techniques with this hands-on cooking class. Chef Denis shares his favorite culinary tips and techniques as he teaches you mouthwatering, authentic Indian recipes.
You'll start with papri chaat with potatoes, chickpeas, tomatoes and chutney. Next, you'll blend a bold curry for chicken madras and learn how to steam the perfect bowl of rice. You'll make a cucumber yogurt sauce and a seasoned and roasted cauliflower and potato side dish. Dessert is a refreshing mango halwa with semolina and cashews.

Chef Denis is a seasoned chef with 43 years of experience working in the culinary world. His past roles include banquet chef, executive sous chef, private chef and even being the owner of a catering business, where he hosted both private events and intimate dinners. For the last 28 years, he's spent his time working as a culinary teacher, sharing his passion and knowledge with his students and aspiring chefs to create outstanding, memorable events.
