Trattoria dining is on the menu in this Old World-style hands-on cooking class. Chef Tera ties on an apron and leads a session in the best flavors in Italian cuisine.
You'll assemble a classic wedge salad for a starter dish before launching into traditional chicken piccata made zesty with lemon and sherry. You'll also prepare red potatoes brightly flavored with garlic butter and asparagus with zingy lemon and aromatic garlic. For dessert, create a unique combination of cherries poached in red wine and topped with creamy mascarpone.

Tera was very friendly! She was calm and instructed us with grace and ease. We had a great time with her. She taught us some awesome tips during the cooking process. The only negative thing is the main course wasn't very flavorful. We mentioned my friend had to do low sodium for health reasons so maybe that's why? Still give her 5 stars!

After 20 years of honing her craft, Chef Tera launched her own food production service.
